The valve gear set up n the 8 cylinder engine was modified :Now there were 4 valve per cylinder. This change was made in order to recoup the power lost due to the shift from carburetors to fuel injectors. The GTS Quattrovalvole ,with the classic “Targa” folding root, was aiso available , possessing identical mechanics and performance.
